About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made on the NCTRN website. NCTRN is operated by Paschal Asuzu. You can reach us at nctrn.ca@gmail.com.

Products

Hoodies and pants are sold separately unless a listing explicitly offers them as a set.

We aim to describe and show every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, but that is never a reason for a product to differ materially from its description.

Preorders

Products are sold as preorders during a preorder window of 21 calendar days. Preorder dates: To be announced. Timing, dispatch and delivery are explained in our Shipping and Preorder Policy.

Placing an order

Please review your product, colour, size, quantity and shipping address before you place your order.

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). $10 CAD flat shipping per order. Canada only. All charges, including any applicable tax, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Unavailable items

If we cannot supply an item you ordered, we will let you know and refund what you paid for that item, along with any associated charges that apply.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, problems with an order, returns and refunds are covered by our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy.

Using this website

You may not use this website for fraud or misuse it in any way, including interfering with how it works.

NCTRN's original brand content, including our name, logo, designs, photos and text, may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not remove any protections that the consumer laws of your own province or territory give you and that cannot be waived.

Nothing in these terms or our policies limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated terms are posted. Your order is covered by the terms in place when you placed it.
