Shipping and Preorder Policy

Where we ship

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). $10 CAD flat shipping per order. Canada only.

Sold separately

Hoodies and pants are sold separately unless a listing explicitly offers them as a set.

Preorder timeline

Current preorder dates: To be announced.

• Preorder window: open for 21 calendar days.
• Cancellation period: you can cancel until 3 calendar days after the preorder window closes.
• Estimated dispatch: 14–21 calendar days after the cancellation period ends.
• Estimated delivery: an additional estimated 3–5 days, depending on your destination and the carrier, after dispatch.

What dispatch means

Dispatch is when your order leaves us, not when it arrives. The dispatch estimate is counted from the end of the cancellation period, not from the day you order.

Delays

If there is a significant delay, we will let you know by email. A delay does not affect any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.

Your shipping address

Please check your address before you order. If it needs to change, email nctrn.ca@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, and we will let you know whether we can update it.
