Privacy Policy

Who we are

NCTRN is operated by Paschal Asuzu, and is responsible for the personal information it handles as described here.

Privacy contact: nctrn.ca@gmail.com, with the subject "Privacy request". Support is by email; our normal reply target is 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Ontario public holidays. Formal privacy requests are handled within applicable legal timelines.

Information you provide

When you email us or use our contact form, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, your message and attachments, and any order information you choose to supply.

Our contact form is operated by Formspree. The name, email address, order number (if given) and message you enter are processed by Formspree to deliver your enquiry to us by email. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please do not email card details, passwords or identity documents unless a specific secure process has been agreed.

Website information and device storage

Our website uses browser storage on your device to keep cart selections, to remember, for your current browser session, whether the intro has played, and, after you send a contact form message, the time it was sent so the form can briefly prevent an accidental repeat. These records support site functions and are not, by themselves, evidence that an order was placed.

Hosting and media delivery providers receive technical request information, such as IP address, the requested page or file, browser information and timestamps, when serving pages, images and video. Where enabled, diagnostic reporting may include error messages, technical error details and page paths to help identify faults.

Our current website code does not include a newsletter signup, advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. This does not mean hosting services collect no operational logs.

You can clear or restrict site storage in your browser settings. Doing so may reset the cart or intro, or affect how the site works.

How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, provide requested support, investigate order problems, operate and secure the website, diagnose errors, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We collect only information reasonably needed for these purposes.

If we introduce marketing subscriptions or non-essential tracking, we will explain them and obtain appropriate consent first. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional email.

Service providers and disclosure

We use providers for website hosting and media delivery (Lovable), contact form delivery (Formspree) and email communications. They process the information needed to provide their services.

We may disclose information when legally required, or when reasonably necessary to protect lawful rights and address fraud or security issues.

Information may be processed outside your province or outside Canada, where foreign laws and lawful access rules may apply. We remain responsible for information handled on our behalf and take reasonable steps to select appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including legal recordkeeping and resolving disputes, then securely delete or anonymize it where practicable.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold, ask how it is used or disclosed, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Withdrawing consent may affect services that require the information.

Deletion requests are considered subject to legal retention duties and other applicable exceptions, so deletion is not unconditional. We may reasonably verify your identity before responding, using a method proportionate to the request.

If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the relevant provincial authority.

Links to Instagram or other sites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

We update this policy when our practices change and obtain fresh consent where legally required. Posting a revised policy does not by itself authorize a new use that requires consent.
